Returns & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Be sure to contact us before returning your item so we can let you know if your order is eligible for return. Items shipped back without prior approval will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your order less shipping and a 25% restocking fee. If the item has any signs of wear or use, a refund will not be issued. In the event that this happens, you can pay to have the order shipped back to you.Custom items

To return your product, you should mail your product to Units 1-2, Big Blue Storage, Lock Street, St Helens, WA9 1HS. Please include the order information in the box.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible allowing for manufacturing and delivery.
